I read this on Tatersmama's take on things ... enjoyed her unique answers and much rather add my own 2 cents doing something like this, than clean the house or iron or cook ... so here she goes ...
1. What time did you get up this morning? Around 7:00
2. How do you like your steak? Medium .. just medium, cooked but not burnt.
3. What was the last film you saw at the cinema? Either Gran Torino or maybe Australia (can't remember, I rent so many)
4. What is your favorite tv show? favorite game show "Jeopardy" (all though it makes me feel stupid!) favorite 'series' would be "NCIS" and "Grey's Anatomy" ... talk/news/political ... hands down "Glen Beck" ... Yes, I'm one of 'those' people!!!
5. If you could live anywhere, where would it be? If I was alone (widowed) in the Katy, Texas area, I suppose, closer to my daughter and family ... but I'm very happy where I am and with whom ... the grass is NOT always greener.
6. What did you have for breakfast? 7 and 10 grain Oatmeal
7. What is your favorite food? It's hard to beat a juicy grilled hamburger ... with cheese, of course. Bread is my all time favorite "if you only had one food on a desert island' thing ... unfortunately, chocolate is right up there next to bread.
8. What foods do you dislike? I don't care for fish .. love shrimp, will eat salmon and scallops but really don't care for any other. Oh, I do NOT like liver or beets, too !
9. Favorite place to eat? we love a little Thai restaurant off the Square ... but I could go to Chuy's (Tex-Mex) and Chola's (Indian) anytime
10. Favorite dressing? Ranch (Fat-Free) ha, I AM always dieting ... also like Fat Free Half & Half in my coffee (that's like an oxymoron, isn't it?)
11. What kind of vehicle do you drive? 3 yr. old Mercedes sedan
12. What are your favorite clothes? Capri jeans and a t-shirt
13. Where would you visit if you had the chance? I want to return to Italy, tour southern region this time.
14. Cup 1/2 empty or 1/2 full? Honestly depends on my mood, but most times 1/2 full.
15. Where would you want to retire? I'm there ... retired in the heart of the hill country in Texas for 9 years.
16. Favorite time of day? Evening ... after dinner and the kitchen cleaned up ...
17. Where were you born? Coffeyville, Kansas
18. What is your favorite sport to watch? Baseball !!
19. Who do you think will not tag you back? Don't know
20. Person you expect to tag you back first? daughter, Bz maybe ... maybe not, she's very busy and tired.
21. Who are you most curious about their responses back to this? Every one of you!
22. Bird watcher? Yes, Cardinals and Doves right out our kitchen windows and hummers on the deck
23. Are you a morning person or a night person? NIGHT .... Definitely
24. Do you have any pets? None for several years ... :<(
25. Any new and exciting news you'd like to share? I'm going to be a grandma again (in January) ... going to visit family on the west coast in August.
26. What did you want to be when you were little? a nurse ... and a momma (was blessed to be both!)
27. What is your best childhood memory? Spending summers with my dad and step-mom in beautiful Oregon!!
28. Are you a cat or dog person? DOG ... any shape, breed, size ... love DOGS
29. Are you married? Yes .. celebrating 44th anniversary on the 6th of August
30. Do you always wear your seat belt? YES ... always!!
31. Have you been in a car accident? Yes ... one minor as a passenger
32. Any pet peeves? Tons ... just a few; drivers on cellphones, incessant dogs barking (actually that would be rude dog owners) people who crowd you when you are checking out at the cashiers. I've been known to ask them if THEY would like to pay for my groceries. People talking in movies ...
33. Favorite pizza toppings? Canadian bacon with extra cheese.
34. Favorite flower? yellow roses, purple irises, bluebonnets
35. Favorite ice cream? Bluebell's Cookie Dough or Butter Pecan
36. Favorite fast food restaurant? What-a-burger
37. How many times did you fail your driver's license test? Never
38. From whom did you get your last email? daughter, Bz.
39. Which store would you choose to max out your credit card? Oh my, I honestly could not enjoy 'maxing out' any credit card, contrary to what 'some' may think.
40. Do anything spontaneous lately? posted a 'cute' satire on my blog ... then removed it promptly before offending anyone!
41. Like your job? I absolutely loved being a Hospice nurse, but I've been retired for years now ... LOVE retirement ... don't know how we ever had time to work!!!
42. Do you like broccoli? Yes.
43. What was your favorite vacation? a month long trip to Italy, Scotland, Ireland, England and France.
44. Last person you went out to dinner with? The Duck
45. What are you listening to right now? the ceiling fan and a neighbors dog BARKING!!!
46. What is your favorite color? Light 'Moss' Green
47. How many tattoos do you have? None

What?!? No tattoos?? ...and fat- free Ranch is about as wrong as low-fat chocolate cake/brownies.
Sandy...I enjoyed reading this and getting to know you more. As much as I love dogs, I ALSO have ZEEEEERO patience for barking dogs and owners who MUST be deaf because how can THEY stand it? I don't let my OWN dogs bark unless someone is trying to break in the house.
But I'm wondering what it was about my 30-Day post that put you into tears...? :( Can you email me? robynnsravings@gmail.com I'm worried!
